Maserati - Geneva Motor Show
Blue devil! The new Maserati GranTurismo Sport will be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March.

The Geneva Motor Show is still weeks away, but we already have photos of the new Maserati GranTurismo Sport.

Styling, in a word? Beautiful. Bellissimo!

As you can see in these shots, the GranTurismo is perfectly proportioned. Power in this upgraded package comes from a 4.7-liter V-8 that makes 460 horsepower, the same engine we saw in the convertible version last year.

While not earth shattering–you could get these performance numbers from an early ’00s Porsche 911 Carrera–the 0-60 mph acceleration in under five seconds and top speed is expected to be in the neighborhood of 177 mph.

The GT Sport receives an enhanced bumper treatment, new LED headlight treatment and detailing, along with new sports seats and steering wheel.

DESIGN ANALYSIS: Sizing up the Acura NSX concept

Visually setting the car apart from the current GranTurismo lineup are new, aerodynamically-enhanced bumpers, revised headlights with LED detailing, and darkened tail-lamp elements. The cabin also receives a new pair of seats and a sports steering wheel.
