casas_salvatierra120I don’t know how I missed this development in Loreto, BCS.

As luck would have it, I stumbled across the Costa Loreto Marina & Residences development a couple of days ago and when I realized it was being built in the Loreto area, I became intrigued.

The master plan of this community is based on a central marina which is currently going under some revisions in design, but which will open into the Sea of Cortez. Around this marina are several smaller communities of single family homes, condos and commercial shops.

Los Cimarrones, was there first phase of this master development and on some parts of the website, it notes that property in this phase is sold out, whereas other areas on the website note there are still some residential lots available.

Villa Julieta is a 3.6 acre parcel situated with front row views of the beach front. The lots closest to the Sea of Cortez will be 2-story single family homes (a total of 10). Behind it, 54 condo units will be built offering multiple stories to take advantage of the water views.

Villa Jesuitas is a private community (I assume this means gated) with only 4 homes in total arranged in a row.

From the website, it seems that there are a couple of the properties already completed. However, the Costa Loreto website only has renderings, albeit very detailed renderings, of the models.
