A while back, we profiled a new set of condos being constructed to the right of La Mision Hotel, Loreto.
At the time, the construction of the Tesoro de Loreto condos were further along than the La Mision Hotel which seemed to be struggling to meet its opening day deadline. Since them, La Mision Hotel has been beautifully completed.
Construction on Tesoro de Loreto, on the other hand, has slowed down and there are not too many visible differences from the exterior compared to our last report. Has it been hit by the same economic downturn that has impacted many real estate developments?
