2011 San Francisco Chocolate Salon combines Chocolate, Wine and Celebrities

Chocolate Salon San FranciscoThe 5th Annual San Francisco International Chocolate Salon returns to San Francisco this year on April 17, 2011 with over 70 participants in over 50,000 square feet of exhibit space. Organized by TasteTV, the full-day Chocolate Salon presents new flavors, textures, combinations, and imagination to tantalize attendee tastebuds.

The Salon takes place at San Francisco’s Fort Mason Festival Pavilion.

This year’s event also includes selections from local wineries, and Celebrity Chef Demonstrations from Elizabeth Falkner (Top Chef Masters), Candice Kumai (TLC, Lifetime), Alice Medrich (bestselling author), Jake Gandolfo (MasterChef), Andrea Immer Robinson (AndreaWine.com), and Leslie Sbrocco (PBS, Thirsty Girl TV).

New 2011 Chocolate Salon luxury additions include YOSH Olfactory Sense fragrances, VAD Vodka, 100% Pure cosmetics, Sun Valley Equestrian, and Adult Chocolate Milk. Other Salon highlights feature chocolate tasting, demonstrations, new product launches and flavor combinations, fair trade & organic offerings, chef & author talks, a chocolate and wine pairing panel, a Chocolate Spa with makeovers, ongoing interviews by TasteTV’s Chocolate Television program, and book signings.
