Celebrating the New Year, I took my new apple peeler on a test drive.
Well, the first attempt didn’t go quite as I intended…but on the second try, I mastered the apple peeler and was able to plow through the peeling of the six apples required to make my Easy As Pie’ apple pie. I probably shaved off 45 minutes from the prep time needed to make my apple pie recipe.

So there you have it. In two tries I have accomplished two of my New Year’s resolutions. To always persevere and to try out new things.
