Clint and I were able to catch up with Jim Spano, managing partner and principle of Spano Partners yesterday for another podcast in our “Loreto Live” series.

StarkSilverCreek production is busy in the editing room to get this podcast published as soon as possible. We discussed Jim Spano’s background in the real estate business, his views on the resort real estate industry, his involvement with JW Marriott Loreto Residences and his role as chairman of the newly-formed Loreto Visitors Bureau.

In the interest of giving StarkSilverCreek readers timely information, I did want to share that Jim announced the extension of the ‘Twice as Nice at Half the Price’ Loreto promotion to end of February.

In the press release (click here) sent out earlier this month, the special was set to expire end of January. This extension is great news for those who are planning their vacation in February.

Jim noted and I agree, the previous deadline of end of January was a tad short for most people’s skills in planning a getaway.
