“Everyone is an explorer.
How could you possibly live your life looking at a door and not open it?” —Anonymous

A photographic memory, I have not.

Whilst searching for two doors, a blue and a red, I stumbled across a pile of photos, thrown into a folder, gathering digital cobwebs, unloved and forgotten.

I was in search of doors, but I tripped over more — fond memories of a time far away, in a land called Portugal.

And so an array of rainbow-colored doors became the keys to orphaned wonder.

With a gentle curtsy, I present my long lost series, “The Doors of Portugal”.

Every door is a key to a place in Portugal, now closer in memory. I will not leave you in the dark. We will meet again, surely with door opened.
