A couple of weeks ago, Bob and Sandy J— had us over for a wonderful lobster dinner. It was a fabulous evening where we finally got to catch up on our lives after not having seen each other in months even though we live in the same neighborhood. Strange how that happens sometimes, no?

During appetizers, Sandy shared the great news. I was surprised, but it wasn’t unexpected.

For dessert, the Jamisons served poached pears with a flavorful sauce. I love pears and it was a delightful finish to a delicious meal.
