Alfredo C. wrote in today and informed us that Discovery Channel’s “The Amazing Race” is heading to Latin America. It seems quite appropriate that the final choice will be selected by a voting race between Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile and Mexico.
Mexico has been pummeled recently with the media stories around drug crimes and the swine flu. I agree with Alfredo that Mexico could use some positive publicity. Having the next “The Amazing Race” in Mexico may be just what the doctor ordered.
