Loreto Bay Company posts FAQs

BY Loni Stark — 02.02.2009

I decided this evening to check out the Loreto Bay News site ) in case they had any updates and noticed that a new FAQ link was posted in the top right of the website.

The questions are ones I think are most pressing to Loreto Bay homeowners.

The answers seem to reinforce that Loreto Bay is in maintenance mode until a buyer or additional equity source is found. The answers are quick to note that decisions about the operation of Loreto Bay will be determined by the new buyer. I think this is the responsible response to have as the current management was clearly put in place for the interim.

I think we can all breath a little better when a new buyer is found. In the meantime, with a group of a couple hundred homeowners, we do have a community forming of talented and pioneering folks.
