This is the time to watch for whales. Spring is the season for whale watching in Loreto and also on the pacific coast at Isla Santa Magdalena. The Blue Whales come into the Sea of Cortez but you will need to travel to the pacific side to see the grey whales (pictured). Both are well worth the time to get photos of a lifetime.
