Solar panels were a topic of discussion at the lunch hosted by Lorenzo Petroni, owner of “THE” North Beach restaurant and Petroni Vineyards (more on this winemaker’s lunch in an upcoming post).
More wineries are moving to solar as energy costs are increasing and many of them have extra land or rooftops available for large solar panel arrays. Just on example: Peju Estate Winery has extensive solar panels already and you can view its production from their web site.
