The gardens here at Ferrari-Carano are worth the visit alone. Started innocently enough in 1987 by gardener Rhonda Carano, the initial planting I’m told took 16 months.
Chef Danko favorites included Ahi Tuna (gorgeously plated as a butterfly), the Lobster Risotto (creamy, but not mashy), the Crispy Egg Polenta (absolute perfection), and the Seared Sea Scallops (tender, rich).
