Disconnect - San Jose Repertory Theatre

I was told not to release this video footage. I thought about it all weekend long. And finally decided the world needed to know.

What you see here is my on the job training. Yes, I’m switching careers. After almost two decades in Silicon Valley, I’m relocating to India. Now you can see what I’m doing, and how challenging this endeavor will be for me — there’s even a chance that you and I will connect.

The news may come as a surprise to many. Those that know me will know this is a perfect fit. I’m very excited to be working with this new team.

As is almost always the case, I had a videographer follow me on my first day, and what you see here is my attempt to get up to speed as quickly as possible. A definite perk: It looks pretty much as if I can roll my chair to the nearby Coke machine (no, they did not pay me for the in-video spot!).

Stay tuned for more as this story unfolds. I promise to share the good, the bad, the ugly.

Just remember: be happy, be positive, try to help the person you’re talking to.

My New Career Starts Now:

Loni Stark is an artist at Atelier Stark, self-professed foodie, and adventure travel seeker who has a lifelong passion for technology’s impact on business and creativity. She collaborates with Clinton Stark on video projects for Atelier Stark Films. It’s been said her laugh can be heard from San Jose all the way up to the Golden Gate Bridge. She makes no claims to super powers, although sushi is definitely her Kryptonite.
