Alfa Dutch beer: Refreshments for a sunny San Jose day

A little break from wine tasting. Never tried this Dutch one before (from Alfa Brewery in the Netherlands), but have a few tee’d up for afternoon backyard patio social after the game.

Holy crap!!!! I never thought you could get this in the US!!! I used to live few miles from the brewery and loved it! If anyone can tell me the company that imports this, i would be eternally grateful!!

For a short, few months in the early 1980’s (1984?), Towne Wine and Liquor in Montgomery Township, NJ sold one version of Alfa beer. Probably the one pictured above. I thought it was an excellent brew, especially for yellow beer. I know it was Alfa as I have looked for it ever since and have not found it. Let me know if you ever find it.
