Is there room to include the "other" East Bay wine region, Livermore? Home to not only the Wente giant or Concanon, but many smaller somewhat boutique wineries like The Big White House, John Evan, Stephen Kent, Retzlaff, Bodegas Aguire, and a host of others. The John Evan reslease from The Big White House is typically sold out to club memebers before it's even avaialable to the public.

Definitely. You must be reading our minds :-). Clint and I have been up to Livermore on a couple of occasions and have planned a trip for this upcoming weekend.
Will be tasting some wines before we meet up with some friends at Fenestra Winery for their “SouPerbowl” event – pairing of wines with soup…should be interesting.
Thanks for those recommendations, sounds like you partake in the hobby of wine-tasting too, Al!
