Just drove back from visiting my parents in Toronto and had a great evening with Jim and Jan S.

Clint and I are packed and ready to return to the west coast tomorrow if American Airlines and the weather co-operates.  It seems this entire trip, all I did was eat and sleep.  My quick trip to Toronto from Ottawa was no exception.

On the first evening in Toronto, my parents cooked up a storm. Food, as it is in many cultures, is an important part of the Chinese heritage.

Here are some photos of the wonderful dishes we had and some of the many reasons I am putting myself on a diet with the rest of America when I return to San Jose, California.
