JW Marriott Residences Loreto, Baja Web Site Now Live: Pre-Sales Begin

JW-Marriott-Residences-Loreto

JW Marriott launched their new website liveloreto.com (designed by Latitudes International from what I can tell) for the upcoming premium Marriott-branded resort in Loreto. The site has information on Loreto, amenities planned for the resort, residence features (‘floor-to-ceiling’ sliding glass panels) and a section on buying in Mexico.

According to the site plan there will be 8 buildings surrounding several pools and water features.

A 3-day ‘Lure of Loreto’ informational event is scheduled for February 2009.

You can listen to Mark Codiroli of JW Marriott talk about Loreto (and Cabo San Lucas) and the new Marriott development on a podcast (‘Podcast #1: Interview with Mark Codiroli on Loreto, JW Marriott and Real Estate in Baja‘).

It’s great to see a premium brand come to Loreto. Along with the Loreto Bay development, this gives buyers more choices, floor plan options, and price ranges to choose from. We look forward to following it over the coming months.

[Thanks Mark!]

It's a beautiful website and should draw in some interest. I did notice that Touch of History in Scottsdale is providing their interior design and furnishings. I hope they have better luck with them than the homeowners who ordered from them in Loreto Bay. Nice Blog, I enjoy it very much!
