2nd_story_w_miradorAfter several weeks of hearing a lot of great things from other homeowners about The Construction Coach out in Loreto, Clint and I finally decided to sign up with them to do periodic inspections of our place in Loreto Bay as construction on it revs up.

We get a lot of great Loreto Bay news, support and photos from other homeowners in our SF Bay Area Homeowners Yahoo Group and will continue to do so. However, as Loreto Bay starts to build our Nueva Chica and construction invoices start getting dropped on our doorstep in San Jose, I wanted to make sure we had some local “eyes and ears” on the street. That was not going to be either Clint or I; we are lucky to get everything wrapped up on a daily basis around our own careers and extracurricular activities.

I was told by Laure and Dawn from The Construction Coach that they have scheduled the inspection on our lot for this week so I should be getting a report soon. I’ll write a review and share my experiences as soon as I get this report.

On a side note, if anyone is looking for a good set of “eyes and ears” in Vancouver, BC, Canada – I would highly recommend Nic Meyer and Margaret Olney from Downtown Suites. Nic and his team have been taking care of a couple of rental properties we have in Vancouver for the past year and a half. They have done a stellar job. Nic also has a charming British accent!
